Welcome to Ani Hussin Art. By accessing or using our website to browse and purchase artwork, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview This website serves as a digital gallery and portfolio. All purchases are facilitated directly through WhatsApp. By initiating a purchase request via our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Artwork Availability & Purchasing

  • Unique Items: Many of the artworks listed are one-of-a-kind originals.
  • Order Confirmation: Clicking the "Buy via WhatsApp" button does not constitute a legally binding contract or guarantee that the artwork is yours. An order is only confirmed once availability is verified, and payment has been received and acknowledged by us via WhatsApp.
  • Reserves: We do not hold or reserve artworks without a non-refundable deposit, which must be agreed upon in writing via WhatsApp.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices listed on the website do not include shipping costs. Shipping fees will be calculated and quoted to you during our WhatsApp consultation based on your location and the size of the artwork.
  • We accept manual payments (such as direct bank transfers) as agreed upon during the WhatsApp checkout process. Full payment must be cleared before any artwork is shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We take great care in packaging our artworks securely.
  • Delivery timelines will be discussed and estimated during your purchase confirmation.
  • Once the artwork is handed over to the courier, we will provide you with a tracking number. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service or customs clearance.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Original Artworks: Due to the fragile and unique nature of original art, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a "change of mind."
  • Damaged in Transit: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the damaged artwork and the original packaging so we can assess the situation and initiate a claim with the courier.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Artist Rights: Purchasing an artwork means you own the physical piece. However, all copyrights and reproduction rights remain completely and exclusively with Ani Hussin Art.
  • Prohibitions: You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the artist.
  • Website Content: All images, text, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Ani Hussin Art and may not be used without authorization.

7. Modifications to the Service and Prices Prices for our artwork and the content of these Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website (or any part or content thereof) at any time.

8. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
